MDC System general have below architecture

 

1.Data acquisition layer


Device connection: Through a variety of interface protocols connect the device, such as OPC, Modbus, etc., to connect with the production equipment, to achieve the collection of equipment operating data, including equipment status, processing parameters, output and other information.

 

Sensor network: Various sensors, such as temperature, pressure, and vibration sensors, are deployed to collect physical parameters of the production environment and devices in real time, providing data support for device status monitoring and fault diagnosis.

 

2.Data transfer layer


Network communication: The collected data is transmitted to the data processing center through industrial Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 4G/5G and other network transmission methods. In order to ensure the stability and real-time data transmission, redundant network architecture and data caching technology are adopted.

 

3.Data processing layer


Data preprocessing: Pre-processing operations such as cleaning, de-noising, and format conversion are performed on the collected original data to improve data quality and prepare for subsequent analysis and storage.

 

Data analysis: Using data mining, machine learning and other technologies to conduct in-depth analysis of the processed data and extract valuable information, such as equipment failure prediction, production efficiency analysis, quality control, etc.

 

 

4.Application layer


Production monitoring: The visual interface displays the real-time status of the production site, including equipment operation, production progress, quality indicators, etc., to help managers grasp the overall production in a timely manner, find problems and deal with them in a timely manner.

 

Equipment management: realize the functions of equipment ledger management, maintenance plan formulation and implementation, fault diagnosis and early warning, and improve the reliability and service life of the equipment.

 

Quality management: Through the analysis of quality data in the production process, to achieve quality traceability, quality control and quality improvement, to improve product quality.

 

Report and decision support: Generate a variety of production reports to provide data support for enterprise decision makers to help make production plans, optimize resource allocation and decision making.

 

5.Security layer

 

Network security: Network security technologies such as firewall, VPN, intrusion detection system are adopted to prevent external network attacks and protect system and data security.

 

Data security: Encrypt data for storage and transmission, set user rights management, and ensure the data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
